The who you are, determines how you are.
Who I am
I am passionate about equipping leaders to expand the impact of what they do, so that everyday they are engaged wholeheartedly, and in alignment with who they are. Many leaders focus too much time on areas that are unnecessary for personal, organizational, or business success,…doing these things actually drains them of energy for what they are most created (and excited) to be doing with their time!
Bringing alignment to what you do from the core passion that you have requires personal growth, and courage do something different. I have found that making incremental shifts, strategically empowers leaders to be more successful in all areas of their life, not just their business.
I LOVE what get to do and I am blessed to work in a context where I get to make a real difference in the lives of fellow leaders I interact with on a daily basis.
One of the most important lessons I learned running my own business was that I couldn’t do it alone. We need to have strong partnerships if we are truly going to make an impact in the real world.
I love living an authentic life and partnering with other leaders to help them learn to live in alignment with their magnitude of mission. This blog is all about my thoughts and learning on that journey.
